The service

Go Live UK (a trading name of ITS / Online Web Presence) provides done-for-you web presence packages for UK micro-businesses and sole traders. By engaging our services you agree to these terms.

What's included

Each package includes a built and launched website as described on our pricing page at the time of your purchase. We will confirm the exact deliverables in writing before work begins.

Setup fee and monthly subscription

A one-off setup fee is charged at the start of your project. A monthly subscription covers hosting, SSL, and ongoing support. Subscriptions are rolling — no minimum term. You may cancel with 30 days' written notice.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your business
• Supply any assets (logo, photos, copy) within the agreed timeframe
• Review and approve your site before launch
• Ensure you have the right to use any assets you provide to us

Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time with 30 days' notice by emailing keno@onlinewebpresence.net. On cancellation, your site will remain live for the remainder of the paid month and then be taken offline.

Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

Intellectual property

On full payment of the setup fee, you own the content and design of your website. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for loss of business, revenue, or data. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
